Shipping policy

Digital Orders: Digital orders, such as digital invitations, signs, or thank you tags, are available for download as soon as payment clears.

Invitations: After placing your order for custom invitations, a digital proof will be sent via email within 1 business day. Once you have approved the proof, the final invitations will be e-mailed to you.

Banners: Banners will be sent via FedEx and delivered within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order, especially for banner orders. The Trendy Party is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
