Custom-made items: Due to the nature of custom-made items, refunds or returns are not accepted unless the customer contacts us before the design process begins. If you have concerns or questions about your custom-made item, please reach out to us before we begin creating it.

Instant Downloadable Items: Instant downloadable items, such as digital files, cannot be refunded or returned as they are immediately available to the customer as soon as payment clears. Please make sure you review all product details, including description and images, before purchasing.
